随着社会的不断发展和进步,社会经济也在不断的稳步增长。社会对人才的需求也不仅仅局限于研究型人才,更需要一批高级应用型人才。职业教育的出现将会为社会提供一批具有专业技能的高级应用型人才,它们将受教育者根据社会的劳动需求对其进行专业知识、专业技能以及职业道德的培训。在文化、政治、经济等的相关教育制度下,满足了社会发展的需求以及动态的劳动市场需求。然而随着职业教育机构的不断成熟,因此职业教育的课程在真正的实施当中还存在许多问题有待解决,例如政策执行的断章取义、照搬照抄,课程评价的方法单一、目标模糊与易变。而评价结果也未必可以受到政府部门的重视。因此对职业教育课程的改革和课程体系的构建将是目前职业教育所面对的重大问题。打破传统教育以知识为教育基础的理论式教学,对职业教育进行以能力为基础的应用教学,避免理论式教学所存在的一些不足和弊端,减小职业教育人才培养效果与市场人才需求的差异性,培养适用于现代化建设的高技能人才和高素质劳动者。有利于职业教育的稳固发展和社会经济的不断进步。
