纳米级SnO2气敏材料制备及结构分析

制备敏感元件的原材料粉粒越细越好.介绍了以明胶作分散介质用溶胶-明胶法制备纳米级SnO2敏感材料的工艺方法.制备的SnO2材料粒径小于10nm.实验研究了热处理的温度和时间对SnO2材料粒径的影响,并进行了理论上的解释.对制备的SnO2材料进行了透射电子显微镜、比表面积测试和X射线衍射等方法的测试分析,给出了测试分析结果. Preparation of sensitive components of raw materials as fine as possible. The preparation method of nanoscale SnO2 sensitive materials by gelatin as gelatin was introduced. SnO2 material prepared particle size less than 10nm. The influence of temperature and time of heat treatment on the particle size of SnO2 was experimentally studied and the theoretical explanation was given. The prepared SnO2 materials were characterized by transmission electron microscopy, surface area measurement and X-ray diffraction. The results of the test and analysis were given.
