本文报道采用电视胸腔镜行胸内病灶切除术12例．用微孔手术在胸内行肺楔形切除、肿块剜出及胸壁肿块切除等。其中肿瘤7例，肺类性假瘤3例。该技术创伤小、恢复快；全组取得满意手术疗效。
This article reported 12 cases of intrathoracic resection using video-assisted thoracoscopy. Micro-hole surgery in the lung wedge wedge resection, mass ejection and resection of the chest wall mass. Of these, 7 were tumors and 3 were pulmonary pseudotumor. This technique is less traumatic and quicker to recover; the entire group achieved satisfactory surgical results.
