私募基金在我国的大量存在并影响着我国的证券市场,因此,将私募基金合法化是我国应对证券市场系统风险与激烈竞争的必然选择。本文阐述了私募基金的法律特征,探讨了实现私募基金立法监管的可行性策略。
Private equity funds exist in our country in large quantities and affect the securities market in our country. Therefore, the legalization of private equity funds is the inevitable choice for our country to deal with systemic risk and fierce competition in the securities market. This article elaborates the legal characteristics of private equity funds and discusses the feasibility strategies for the legislative supervision of private equity funds.
