随着社会主义市场经济的不断深入发展,我国的综合国力在世界影响力也逐步凸显,人们生活水平的提高建筑行业也得到迅速发展。工程造价在建筑项目施工中是必不可少的环节,而工程审计又是工程造价中的重要组成部分,所以必须将工程审计应用于工程造价之中发挥工程审计的积极作用。本文主要从工程审计的内容以及对于工程审计在工程造价事前、事中、事后应用进行简单分析,提高工程造价的有效性与科学性。
With the continuous development of the socialist market economy, China’s overall national strength has gradually become more prominent in the world. The improvement of people’s living standards has also led to the rapid development of the construction industry. Project cost is an indispensable part in the construction of a construction project, and project auditing is an important part of project cost. Therefore, project audit must be applied to project cost to play an active role in project audit. This article mainly analyzes the content of the project audit and the application of project auditing before, during, and after the construction cost, and improves the validity and scientificity of the project cost.
