我校是一所一般中学,过去教学设备和仪器很少,很难开展实验教学。党的十一届三中全会以来,学校工作以教学为中心,领导深入到各教研组,和大家共同研究,决定自制教具,加强实验教学。在自制教具中,校领导不仅制订计划,还亲自动手与教师一起做沙盘、演示板,到野外采集标本。物理、化学、生物三科教研组长更是连星期天也不休息,经常早来晚走,带领教师一起制作教具。老教师传授经验,新教师边做边学。
My school is a general secondary school, teaching equipment and instruments in the past few, it is difficult to carry out experimental teaching. Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the work of the school has focused on teaching and has led the people in various teaching and research groups to study and decide on home-made teaching aids to enhance experimental teaching. In self-made teaching aids, school leaders not only plan, but also personally do sand table with teachers, demo boards, to the wild collection of specimens. Physics, chemistry, biology, three subjects of teaching and research leader even Sunday does not rest, often early in the evening to go lead teachers to make teaching aids together. Old teachers teach experience, new teachers learn while doing.
