党的十四大提出建立社会主义市场经济体制的目标以后,医疗卫生服务要不要步入市场和怎样适应市场,已成为医疗卫生界的热门话题。话题的热点多集中在大、中城市医院和乡(镇)卫生院。而对城、乡接合部的县级综合医院,特别是对规模较小的县级医院在市场经济大潮冲击下,如何生存与发展,议论不多。本文拟就这一问题谈一点体会,供同行参考。 (一) 全国的县级综合医院,虽然规模大小各异,技术水平不同,但有以下共同点:一是患者的来源大多数是农民。改革开放以来,虽然农民生活有了较大改善,但大多数农民手中还没
