研究一种优化条件的快速分析方法,用于铅锌工业企业水污染物中重金属含量监测。利用高压微波消解技术快速消解废水样品,在1%硝酸介质的适当稀释比例下进入电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)中利用标准曲线法和经验背景法,同时测定样品中锌、铜、铅、镉、汞、砷、镍、铬等8种元素的总金属含量。结果表明:在优化的仪器分析条件下,方法线性范围大,线性好,检出限低,准确度和精密度满足检验要求,与常规分析方法比较结果满足不确定度范围,而分析时间、试剂使用、污染排放大幅减少,适合于铅锌工业企业用于水污染物防治过程中的重金属含量快速检测。
To study a rapid analysis method of optimization conditions for the monitoring of heavy metals in water pollutants of lead and zinc industrial enterprises. Wastewater samples were quickly digested with high-pressure microwave digestion technique and entered inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) at a proper dilution ratio of 1% nitric acid medium.
