前言Ⅵ87MA—E型单回路指示调节器,以下简称为OLC(One Loop Controller),由于它具有可靠性高、功能齐全、通讯性强等优点,很受国内用户欢迎。但是,OLC只有一路控制输出,所以在以往的控制系统设计中,使用一台OLC,只能组成一个控制回路,仪表的利用率不高。如能利用CLC进行双回路控制,不但可以扩大OLC的使用范围,而且还可节约大量投资。实践证明这是可行的。本文将介绍OLC双回路控制的开发应用,并以我厂200MW机组辅机热工自动控制系统为例介绍用OLC实现双回路控制的具体实施办法,可供应用单位及设计院设计时参考。
Introduction Ⅵ 87 MA-E single-loop indicating regulator, hereinafter referred to as OLC (One Loop Controller), is popular among domestic users because of its high reliability, complete functions and strong communication. However, OLC has only one control output, so in the past control system design, the use of an OLC, can only form a control loop, the meter utilization is not high. The ability to utilize CLC for dual-loop control can not only broaden the use of OLC but also save significant investment. Practice has proved that this is feasible. This article will introduce the development and application of OLC dual-loop control, and take the 200MW unit auxiliary thermal industrial automation control system as an example to introduce the implementation method of OLC to achieve dual-loop control. It can be used for design reference of application units and design institutes.
