文中利用面向对象的技术设计了锅炉通用热力计算软件,建立了常见锅炉受热面结构的算法库,收集了常见煤种的特性数据,对水和水蒸汽、烟气及空气等常用物性计算函数进行了封装,并提供开放的接口,便于软件扩充。文中对软件结构及其功能模块进行了介绍。算例表明,该软件能适应锅炉在不同煤种、不同灰污情况、不同负荷条件下的热力计算要求,使用灵活方便。
In this paper, an object-oriented technology is used to design the general thermal calculation software of boiler. The algorithm library of common boiler heating surface structure is established. The common characteristic data of coal is collected. Commonly used functions of water and water vapor, flue gas and air are calculated. The package, and provide an open interface for easy software expansion. The article describes the structure of software and its functional modules. The example shows that the software can meet the boiler thermal calculation requirements under different coal types, different ash conditions and different load conditions, and is flexible and convenient to use.
