本文介绍一种工作在光通信实用的1.31μm波段上的激光功率标准装置。该装置的标准探测器采用孪生式平面型微量热计结构,用直流电功率校准激光功率,具有准确度高、受环境温度变化影响小的特点。光源采用窄谱的单模半导体激光源。整套标准装置由一台微型计算机控制,操作简单,使用方便。在低于100μW的微小功率范围,用一台线性度好且灵敏度高的光电型光功率计作量值传递,提高了该标准装置的实用性。
This article presents a laser power standard device that operates in the 1.31μm band for optical communications. The standard detector of this device adopts the twin-type planar microcalorimeter structure to calibrate the laser power with DC power, which has the advantages of high accuracy and small influence by the change of ambient temperature. The light source uses a narrow-spectrum single-mode semiconductor laser source. The entire set of standard devices controlled by a microcomputer, easy to operate, easy to use. In a small power range of less than 100μW, with a good linearity and high sensitivity photoelectric power meter for the value of the transfer, improve the practicality of the standard device.
