独立学院伴随着经济改革,是为适应社会人才需求而建立起来的。独立学院学生作为大学生群体中的组成部分,为推动社会经济的发展起到重要的作用。然而近些年来,随着社会人才需求质量的逐年提高,独立学院在人才培养上面临着严峻的考验,特别是法律教学模式,在不断加快的社会发展步伐中,已经出现了明显的滞后性。重视学生自主学习能力的培养,提高学生的综合素质,成为独立学院为社会培养合格人才的有效途径。
Independent colleges are accompanied by economic reforms and are built to meet the needs of social talents. Independent college students as an integral part of college students, to promote social and economic development play an important role. However, in recent years, as the quality of social talent demand increases year by year, the independent college faces severe tests on personnel training. In particular, the law teaching model has shown obvious lag in the accelerating pace of social development. Attention should be paid to the training of students’ autonomous learning ability and the overall quality of students so as to become an effective way for independent colleges to train qualified personnel for the society.
