白内障超声乳化吸除联合人工晶状体植入术是目前公认的治疗白内障唯一有效的方法。我国进入老龄化社会,白内障患者数目逐渐增大,PHACO+IOL治疗白内障的各种远期并发症也逐渐出现。晚期人工晶状体囊袋复合体脱位作为一种罕见但严重的术后并发症,发生率逐渐上升,但是以往对于此方面论述不多,本文将结合近年来的病例报道,从其发生、发展及转归等方面进行综述,从而引起重视,降低发生率。
