目的对大连市2011-2013年餐饮具消毒效果监测结果的分析,了解大连市餐饮业卫生质量状况。方法依照GB 14934-94《食(饮)具消毒卫生标准》进行采样和检测。结果 2011-2013年大连市共抽检654分样品,合格581份,合格率为90.37%。其中2011年抽检49家消毒单位,样品300份,合格率为84.67%;2012年抽检24家,样品144份,合格率为90.98%;2013年抽检35家,样品210份,合格率为98.10%。结论从2011-2013年对大连市消毒单位进行餐具消毒效果随机抽检监测结果看,合格率总体呈现上升趋势。说明近年来通过加强卫生监督管理,因为消费意识的提高,敦促监管力度的加大,大连市的餐饮具消毒效果趋势良好。
Objective To analyze the results of monitoring the disinfection effect of tableware in Dalian from 2011 to 2013 and understand the status of health in the catering industry in Dalian. Methods According to GB 14934-94 “food (drinking) with disinfection health standards” for sampling and testing. Results In 2011-2013, a total of 654 samples were sampled in Dalian, 581 were qualified, with a pass rate of 90.37%. Among them, 49 disinfection units and 300 samples were sampled in 2011, with a pass rate of 84.67%; in 2012, 24 were sampled and 144 samples were obtained with a pass rate of 90.98%; in 2013, 35 samples and 210 samples were obtained with a pass rate of 98.10% . Conclusion From 2011 to 2013, disinfection units in Dalian City, disinfection tableware randomly selected monitoring results, the overall pass rate showed an upward trend. This shows that in recent years, by strengthening the supervision and administration of hygiene, the disinfection effect of tableware in Dalian tends to be good because of the increase of consumer awareness and the promotion of supervision.
