目的 制作大鼠肝脏血管铸型标本 ,收集血管铸型的层片数据 ,为计算机辅助重建肝脏血管数字模型奠定基础。方法 选用过氯乙烯塑料作为溶质、丙酮为溶剂配成 8%~ 10 %填充剂 (含油画颜料 ) ,注入大鼠活体肝脏血管系统内 (4 0例 ) ,待溶剂挥发后凝固成型 ,盐酸腐蚀除去细胞和结缔组织 ,即可得到大鼠肝脏血管铸型标本。将标本用石蜡包埋、切片 ,对石蜡块每一切面进行拍照 ,获取血管的层片图像数据。结果 此方法能成功地制作出大鼠肝脏血管铸型标本 (3 6例 ) ,肝动脉充盈直径为 0 .8~ 0 .2mm、门静脉 2 .0~ 0 .1mm、肝静脉为 2 .2~ 0 .2mm。每一标本拍照收集约 15 0张层片。结论 此方法是为计算机重建大鼠肝血管树数字模型获取实验数据的一种可行方法。
OBJECTIVE: To prepare rat hepatic vascular cast specimens and collect the data of the vascular cast plies to lay a foundation for the computer-assisted reconstruction of the hepatic vascular digital models. Methods Perchloroethylene plastic was used as solute. Acetone was used as the solvent to make up 8% to 10% of filler (including oil paints) and injected into living hepatic vasculature of rats (40 cases). After the solvent was volatilized and solidified, the hydrochloric acid corrosion Remove the cells and connective tissue, you can get rat liver vascular cast specimens. The specimens were embedded in paraffin, sliced, paraffin block for each section to take pictures, access to vascular image data. Results This method could successfully produce rat liver vascular cast specimens (36 cases), hepatic artery filling diameter 0.8 ~ 0.2mm, portal vein 2.0 ~ 0.1mm, hepatic vein 2.2 ~ 0 .2mm. Each specimen collected about 150 plies. Conclusion This method is a feasible method for computer reconstruction of rat hepatic vascular tree digital model for obtaining experimental data.
