目的探讨老年肺结核与肺癌并存的临床特点及诊断方法。方法对26例老年肺结核并存肺癌患者的临床和实验室资料进行综合分析。结果患者除有结核病中毒症状外另有咯血、胸痛、呼吸困难等表现。肺癌确诊均为晚期,预后差。结论两病并存较常见,肺结核并存肺癌时,肺癌症状易被结核掩盖,易发生漏诊,应引起重视。
Objective To investigate the clinical features and diagnosis of elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and lung cancer. Methods The clinical and laboratory data of 26 elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with lung cancer were analyzed comprehensively. Results In addition to the symptoms of tuberculosis patients with hemoptysis, chest pain, dyspnea and other performance. Lung cancer are diagnosed late, poor prognosis. Conclusions The two diseases coexist more commonly. When pulmonary tuberculosis coexists with lung cancer, the symptoms of lung cancer are easily covered by tuberculosis. Misdiagnosis of lung cancer is easy and should be taken seriously.
