就性能和寿命而言,铝酸蓄电池质量的决定性因素是浇铸连接条(简称COS)与极板极耳之间的熔接。全自动的COS工艺过程复杂,熔接的最终质量取决于许多不同的参数如:连接条体积,极耳数量,极耳厚度及嵌入深度,连接条与极耳合金的化合作用及热参数如熔料和连接条铸模的温度。为进一步加强理解这一重要的制造过程,我们采用一种有限元分析法来确定这些参数对热变历程以及最终熔接质量的相对影响。模拟诸如COS之类的工艺过程需做一些简化及标准设定,还需实验验证。本文对方案进行了详述,并对有代表性的结果进行了讨论。得出的结论是COS模拟是确定健全工艺过程及优化生产质量的有用方法。
In terms of performance and longevity, the decisive factor in the quality of aluminate batteries is the fusion between the cast connection strip (referred to as COS) and the tab lugs. The fully automatic COS process is complex and the final quality of the weld depends on many different parameters such as the volume of the tie bar, the number of tabs, the thickness of the tab and the depth of embedding, the bonding of the tab with the tab alloy and the thermal parameters such as melting The temperature of the mold and connecting strip mold. To further understand this important manufacturing process, we used a finite element analysis to determine the relative influence of these parameters on the thermal history and the final weld quality. Simulation process such as COS need to do some simplification and standard setting, the need for experimental verification. The paper details the program and discusses the representative results. The conclusion is that COS simulation is a useful method to determine sound process and optimize production quality.
