患者女24岁山东商丘人诊断左额顶叶结核瘤。阵发性抽风半年,近20余天加重,发作时不醒人事,全身抽搐,口吐白沫,一般持续3～5分钟后入睡,醒后头痛、呕吐。15～20天发作1次,近20天发作频繁。口服抗癫痫药可缓解。平素身体健康,无烟酒嗜好。视力左1.0,右1.0。眼底所见正常。眼位正常。瞳孔正常。CT 检查诊断为左额顶结核瘤。于90年9月27日在全麻下行左额顶叶肿瘤切除术,术中输血650ml。病检结果左额
