糖尿病性心肌病是糖尿病的重要并发症。伴有血糖升高的心血管疾病在逐年增加,由于其具有高致残率和死亡率,所以该领域也成为了研究重点。以往的研究主要集中在糖尿病对心血管的损伤,而对于高糖高脂毒性对心肌细胞的损伤近年倍受关注。本文就糖尿病引起心肌病的进展做一综述。
Diabetic cardiomyopathy is an important complication of diabetes. Cardiovascular diseases with elevated blood sugar are increasing year by year, and the field has also become a research focus due to its high morbidity and mortality. Previous studies mainly focused on the cardiovascular damage caused by diabetes, and the damage of cardiomyocytes to high glucose and hyperlipidemia has drawn much attention in recent years. This article reviews the progress of cardiomyopathy caused by diabetes.
