“职业道德与法律”是中等职业学校学生必修的一门德育课程。2008年教育部颁布的《职业道德与法律教学大纲》明确规定:“结合教学内容,利用校内外的德育资源,用课堂教学时间或综合实践活动时间,有计划地组织学生开展参观访问、社会调查、志愿服务、旁听审判、模拟法庭等实践活动。”这为德育课教师开展实践教学指明了方向。笔者在教学实践中,从选题设计、基本形式、组织实施等方面对“职业道德与法律”课实践教学进行了一些探索。一、“职业道德与法律”实践教学的选题设计
