铁路项目架子队管理模式是一种新型的用工形式,架子队管理模式的开展与应用,一方面在一定程度上杜绝了建设过程中的不合理转包和分包,另一方面保证了铁路施工的安全和工程质量水平,但是目前铁路项目施工企业实际的施工组织形式与铁道部倡导的架子队管理模式相去甚远,财务管理因此面临着一些困境。本文通过分析目前铁路项目架子队管理现状,阐述了财务管理面临的困境,提出了摆脱困境的建议和对策。
