为了确定快速诊断检测流感病毒A(H7N9)的灵敏度,我们通过检测不同类型的临床样本,将快速检测方法与PCR检测方法进行对比。季节性流感快速检测病毒感染的作用是有限的,这是由快速检测方法对于上呼吸道标本中病毒的低敏感性所致。
To determine the sensitivity of the rapid diagnostic test for influenza A (H7N9), we compared the rapid test with the PCR test by testing different types of clinical samples. The role of seasonal flu in the rapid detection of viral infections is limited, due to the low sensitivity of rapid tests to viruses in upper respiratory tract specimens.
