肾功能不全、尿毒症患者，突然出现高血压、肺水肿等急性左心衰竭时．如不及时采取有效措施，可导致死亡。我院于1990年～1995年采用硝普钠（NatriiNitroprussidum）与血透并用抢救52例次心力衰竭患者．现报道如下。1．一般资料：本文男44例，女8例；年龄最大65岁，最小26岁。?
