在国务院领导的亲切关怀和指导下,继中国注册会计师协会和中国资产评估协会决定合并之后,经济鉴证类社会中介行业清理整顿工作又取得一项进展——注册会计师行业与注册税务师行业即将实行合并统一管理.这意味着两个行业将步入一个崭新的规范化发展历程.改革开放以来,注册会计师与注册税务师两个行业在服务社会主义经济建设,维护正常的经济秩序,适应政府职能转变,深化财税体制改革等方面,都发挥了重要的积极作用.但是,随着我国社会主义市场经济的建立与发展,两个行业中也逐渐暴露出一些不适应市场经济要求、并制约其自身健康发展的突出问题.今天,两个行业实行合并统一管理,就是为从根本上彻底解决这些突出问题而采取的一项重要举措.
