近年来,地处胶东半岛的文登市紧紧围绕各级创业扶持政策,以打造蓝色海洋创业之城为主线,抢抓发展机遇,主推小额担保贷款和创业载体建设两大服务品牌,形成了“机遇促发展、小贷助升级、平台添动力”的全方位创业扶持体系,为全民创业和带动就业发挥了积极作用。把握扶持的三个方向围绕蓝色海洋扶持涉蓝产业文登市积极打造山东半岛海洋经济创业新城,将政府推动的创业方向和优惠政策,集中向现代通讯、港口运输、生物医药等涉蓝产业倾斜。联合市财政,出台了吸引蓝色人才和创业项目的专项奖励办法,全力建设半岛蓝色经济先行区。
