党的十一届三中全会以来,随着社会主义各项建设事业的蓬勃发展,江苏档案事业迅速恢复和发展,各方面工作都得到长足的进步。现在全省拥有各级各类档案馆114个,各级机关的档案室、科技档案室40799个,开辟了档案专业双学士学位、大学本科、大专、中专和职业中学的教育阵地,建立档案科学研究机构和群众性档案学研究队伍,形成了一支由管理、技术、科研、教学、业务人员组成的50000余人的档案干部队伍。随着档案事业的繁荣,档案宣传工作也得到建立,并逐步强化,初步形成广角度、多层次、多形式、多渠道的辐射型档案宣传工作网络,扩大了档案工作的社会影响,取得了一定的社会效益。实践证明:档案事业的繁荣需要宣传工作;宣传工作促进档案事业的发展。一、明确目的,充实宣传内容
