高职院校晋升本科是时代发展的要求,也是人民群众对子女接受高等教育的需求,更是高职院校获得可持续发展的必由之路。职业院校可持续发展、晋升本科院校是一项系统工程,必须全面考虑,精心设计。本文以巴音学院电子信息工程学院为例,提出了实施1234工程的战略思考,即一张蓝图,两大目标,三项措施,四方面的保障。
