人往高处走低处不胜寒在济南市职业介绍所门前,每天来求职的人络绎不绝。前不久,几个女青年结伴前来,一看门前摆放的是某建筑公司招收建筑工人的启事。扭头便走。过了一会又有一个小伙子随同家长赶来。看罢启事,那位家长对孩子说:“没意思,走吧!” 据了解,济南市建筑行业去年计划招工400多名,结果只有17人报名。其中12人是本系统职工子女;山西省某纺织厂准备招工1200人。仅有100多人报名;广州市车、钳、刨、锅炉等工种需招收6.7万人,而全市14万待业人员绝大部分不愿去干这些工种。浙江余杭某时装公司的经理不无苦恼地说:“我们服装行业属劳动密集型企业。劳动强度大,招工相当困难。为了维持公司的发展,我们不得不把定期招工改为一年四季日日招工。即便如此,也很难在城镇招收到足量的工人,无奈只得从农村或外省、市招用临时工。”

In order to maintain the company’s development, we have to change the regular recruitment to four-year-round. Even if it is so, it is very difficult to recruit enough workers in the towns, but unfortunately they have to hire temporary workers from rural or other provinces and cities.”
