在新的历史条件下学习、遵守、贯彻、维护党章,对于加强党的先进性建设具有极其重要的意义。党章是党的先进性的高度概括和集中表现,是党的一切活动和党员思想行为的最高准则,是党的先进性建设的根本武器。要发挥党章在党的先进性建设上的根本作用,必须把学习党章、遵守党章、贯彻党章、维护党章作为一个有机整体抓紧抓好,在全党牢固树立党章意识,确立党章的权威,严格按照党章治党管党,使党始终成为中国特色社会主义事业的坚强领导核心。
Studying, observing, implementing and maintaining the party constitution under the new historical conditions is extremely important for strengthening the party’s advanced nature. The party constitution is the high-level summary and concentrated expression of the advanced nature of the party. It is the highest standard of all activities of the party and the ideological behavior of party members, and is the fundamental weapon for building the party’s advanced nature.
