急诊科是急危重症患者聚集的区域,是发生纠纷的高风险科室。对发生纠纷的因素进行分析,提出管理措施,目的准确地评估纠纷的易发人群,正确实施防范措施,做到未雨绸缪,避免或减少纠纷的发生。
The emergency department is a gathering area for critically ill patients and is a high-risk department where disputes occur. Analyze the factors that cause disputes and put forward management measures aimed at accurately assessing the vulnerable groups of disputes and correctly implementing preventive measures so that they can take precautions to avoid or reduce the occurrence of disputes.
