国际上老人的概念是65岁以上的人,中国的标准是60岁。中国城市职工60岁以后就进入老年人,从工作岗位上退了下来,好比忙碌大半生的牛马却了套。却套只是享受老年待遇的第一层,第地一层就是领取养老金。这两层加在一起就是,中国城市老人过了60岁不仅免除劳动,而且可以享受社会的反哺。占全国老人总数的85%的农村老人命运就迥然不同了。他们不仅享受不到社会的反哺,而且不能停止劳动!现在的国家政策是,一个老年农民,无论多老,只要还有一口气,就得按人头完粮纳税甚至摊劳役。一个人的一生,他的劳动供养了三部分人:一是他自己;二是子女;三
The concept of the elderly in the world is over 65, and the standard in China is 60.
