阿勒泰市汗德尕特蒙古乡,于2008年被文化部命名为“中国民间文化艺术之乡”。乔龙巴特的音乐艺术,就是绽放在这个国家级民间文化艺术之乡肥田沃土上的奇葩,纯美而清香。上世纪八十年代初,中国文化艺术刚刚挣脱牢笼,阿尔泰大山里的摩登楚吾尔引起了新疆著名音乐家周吉的关注。周吉追寻访问了他所能找到的一些摩登楚吾尔艺人,其中有三位最负盛名,他们是叶尔德什、马英达尔、泰宾泰。周吉还把搜集到的三十多首代表性摩登楚吾尔乐曲收进了《托不秀儿楚吾尔选曲》一书。从此,摩登楚
