近十多年来,有机锡化合物的研究仍然引起人们颇大的兴趣,生产也逐年增加.主要原因是有机锡化合物有多方面的用途,如木材防腐、舰艇防污涂料及杀菌剂等. 我们曾合成过十六个新Ph_3SnX型化合物,从初步抑菌试验看出,此类型化合物中的X基团的变更对抑菌性能有一定影响;在一些具有杀菌作用的有机酸中引入Ph_3Sn基后,抑菌性能有较显著的提高. 为了进一步探索化学结构对抑菌性能的影响,我们又合成了二十二个三苯基锡化合物(表1)与十七个三(对氟苯基)锡化合物(表2).
In recent ten years, the study of organotin compounds still attracts great interest and the production has also increased year by year, mainly due to the various uses of organotin compounds such as wood preservatives, ship antifouling paints and fungicides, etc. We Sixteen new Ph_3SnX compounds have been synthesized. According to preliminary antibacterial tests, the change of X groups in this type of compounds has some effects on the antibacterial activity. After the introduction of Ph_3Sn groups in some bactericidal organic acids , The bacteriostasis ability was significantly improved.In order to further explore the chemical structure of the antibacterial performance, we have synthesized twenty-two triphenyltin compounds (Table 1) and seventeen three (p-fluorophenyl) Tin compound (Table 2).
