无论是企业单位还是事业单位,激励机制在人力资源管理中都起着十分重要的作用。对事业单位来说,激励机制能有效提高单位员工的主动性和能动性,还能增强事业单位市场竞争力。然而,激励机制在当前事业单位人力资源管理过程中存在一些问题,受这些问题的影响,激励机制未能充分发挥。为了进一步增强事业单位的市场活力,主要针这些问题进行详细分析,并对激励机制在事业单位人力资源管理中的运用进行探讨。
Both the business unit and the institution, the incentive mechanism plays a very important role in the human resource management. For institutions, the incentive mechanism can effectively improve the initiative and initiative of employees, and can also enhance the market competitiveness of institutions.
