文章分析了我国目前休假制度存在的问题,探讨完善我国休假制度的重要措施:构建并完善现代休假制度的理念;适当制定一些法定休假制度的相关规定;按照标准划分享有休假权利的年龄段。
This article analyzes the existing problems of the current leave system in our country, and discusses the important measures to perfect our holiday system: the idea of constructing and perfecting the modern day vacation system; the appropriate regulations for some statutory holiday systems; and the age band for enjoying the right of vacation according to the standard.
