2003年以来,中国产权市场在创新方面取得了显著成绩。市场规则不断完善、平台功能不断提升、交易品种不断丰富、交易规模不断壮大,在国民经济发展和社会管理中扮演着越来越重要的角色。产权市场蓬勃的创新能力吸引了政府部门、企业以及各类投资主体的关注,推动了市场的快速发展。在快速的发展过程中,产权市场也暴露出某些问题和风险,需要不断以创新的方式来规范。
Since 2003, China’s property market has made remarkable achievements in innovation. The constant improvement of market rules, the continuous improvement of platform functions, the continuous diversification of trading products and the growing scale of transactions have played an increasingly important role in the national economic development and social management. The thriving innovation capability of the property market has attracted the attention of government departments, enterprises and various investors and promoted the rapid development of the market. In the course of rapid development, the property rights market has also exposed some problems and risks and needs to be constantly updated in an innovative way.
