在电弧熔炼中,提高电极位置控制的精度是一个十分重要的问题。本文结合我院研制的旋转电极制粉炉,提出了弧压-功率复合控制自耗电极位置的方案。重点解决在长弧熔炼下,电极位置控制系统灵敏度低的问题。该方案采用二种控制方式,即恒弧压法和恒压-功率复合控制方案,分别虚用于不同弧长的控制。文中在理论上证明了采用恒弧压法和复合控制系统的可行性,并且给出了详细的设计方案。模拟实验及计算机仿真研究的结果表明,该系统的设计是合理的,具有良好的稳定性和动态性能。
In arc melting, to improve the accuracy of the electrode position control is a very important issue. In this paper, we developed a rotating electrode pulverizer developed by our institute and put forward the scheme of arc voltage-power compound control of the consumable electrode position. Focus on solving the long arc melting, the electrode position control system, the problem of low sensitivity. The program uses two kinds of control methods, namely constant arc pressure and constant pressure - power compound control scheme, respectively, virtual control for different arc length. The paper proves the feasibility of using constant voltage method and compound control system theoretically, and gives a detailed design scheme. Simulation experiments and computer simulation results show that the system design is reasonable, with good stability and dynamic performance.
