本文研究了在B-R缓冲底液中叶酸第一个还原波的性质,认为在低pH时,叶酸的还原波是一个2e-2H~+可逆吸附波。当pH>6时,则是一个准可逆的2e-2H~+吸附波。对叶酸的还原峰电流随pH变化出现峰形变化的关系也作了合理的理论解释,实验结果表明用示差脉冲极谱(DPP)法测定叶酸的浓度范围为5.0×10~(-8)~8.0×10~(-6)mol/L,如用JP-2型示波极谱二次导数波测定,检测限可比DPP法提高一个数量级。
In this paper, the nature of the first reduction of folic acid in B-R buffer was studied. At low pH, the reduction of folic acid is a 2e-2H ~ + reversible adsorptive wave. When pH> 6, it is a quasi-reversible 2e-2H ~ + adsorption wave. The relationship between the reduction peak current of folic acid and the change of peak shape of pH value is also explained theoretically. The experimental results show that the concentration of folic acid measured by DPP method is in the range of 5.0 × 10 -8 ~ 8.0 × 10 ~ (-6) mol / L. The detection limit can be increased by one order of magnitude compared with the DPP method using JP-2 oscillopolarographic second derivative wave.
