为了分析Arnold－Chiari畸形患者的X线照片，以明确颅底骨性畸形与Arnold-Chiari畸形的存在关系。收集我院1988年9月～1995年7月经手术证实的18例Arnold—Chiari畸形患者的头颈部X线照片，对其枢椎齿状突与Chambenlain氏线和McGregor氏线距离、Klaus高度指数、基底角等骨性标志进行比较测量。结果12例具备枕大孔附近骨性畸形诊断指征，6例测量结果属于正常范围．结果表明：Arnold－Chiari畸形患者中有部分病例X线拍片骨性结构可以表现为正常。
In order to analyze X-ray pictures of patients with Arnold-Chiari malformation, the relationship between skull base deformity and Arnold-Chiari deformity was clarified. The head and neck radiographs of 18 Arnold-Chiari malformations confirmed by surgery in our hospital from September 1988 to July 1995 were collected. The distances between the axonal dentition and Chambenlain’s line and McGregor’s line, Klaus height index , Basal angle and other signs of bone were measured. Results In 12 cases, there were indications for the diagnosis of bony malformations near the foramen magnum, and the results of 6 cases were normal range. The results show that: X-ray film bony structure can be normal in some cases of Arnold-Chiari malformation patients.
