政府职能是政府依法对国家社会生活等领域进行管理所担负的职责和功能,在不同时期具有不同的侧重点。英国政府职能在自由主义和国家干预之间的转变表明,政府职能只有随着经济和社会发展不断调整才能适应需要,而对政府职能予以良好的定位则是西方政府和经济学界普遍关注的问题。
Government functions are the responsibilities and functions of the government in administering the state’s social life and other fields in accordance with the law and have different emphases in different periods. The transformation of British government functions between liberalism and state intervention shows that government functions can only be adapted to the needs as economic and social development continue to adjust. However, the well positioning of government functions is a matter of widespread concern in western governments and economists.
