目的:评价易黄汤加减联合保妇康栓治疗老年性阴道炎的临床疗效.方法:将2019年1月1日至2019年12月31日于我院收治的80例老年性阴道炎患者随机分为两组,对照组和观察组各40例,对照组给予保妇康栓治疗,观察组在保妇康栓治疗的同时给予易黄汤加减治疗,比较两组患者治疗前、后的主要症状积分(瘙痒、灼热)、临床总有效率和疾病复发情况.结果:观察组治疗前的瘙痒积分、灼热积分与对照组比较差异均不明显,P>0.05,治疗后均较对照组低,P<0.05;观察组临床总有效率较对照组高,P<0.05;观察组治疗结束后3个月复发率比对照组低,P<0.05.结论:易黄汤加减联合保妇康栓治疗老年性阴道炎,能够较迅速地缓解患者临床症状,整体疗效可靠.
