在当今社会发展过程中所面临的三大问题便是环境问题、人口问题以及资源问题,只有实现这三者之间的均衡协调发展才能不断促使我国社会的可持续发展。从某种角度上来说,社会的可持续发展离不开区域的可持续发展,其中在矿山开采活动当中所引起的环境问题就是阻碍区域可持续发展的一个重要因素,所以在具体开采过程中,相关的管理人员一定要对其给生态环境系统所造成的破坏引起足够的重视,对矿区的生态环境、区域农业生产以及土地生产力进行有效的保护和修复具有非常重要的意义。
