The use of animals for experimental research is one of the most important scientific methods used long ago. Since the sixties of this century, animal experiments have developed into an independent and comprehensive discipline both at home and abroad. Its development and application involves many disciplines, especially with the medical relationship more closely. However, people who use experimental animals, that is, experimental implementers, a large number of scientific and technical personnel, as well as laboratory animal feeding and management personnel, have a very significant self-health problem when they come into contact with animals. The requirements of a regular laboratory animal are healthy and harmless, and must meet the relevant standards. However, the same rigorous requirements are also imposed on the experimenters and experimental observers. Attention must also be paid to the routine management of laboratory animals, disinfection, Immune and other work. Because untreated animals, often not only failed to experiment, at the same time the disease transmitted to people, the consequences will be unbearable
