传统的对教师的认知、教育和培训方式是外语教育问题产生的根源之一,教师应该成为教学的研究者,也一定能成为合格的研究者。每位教师可以使自己的教学过程成为自我反思、自我教育、自我改进的过程。本文旨在通过分析高职院校英语教师的现状,阐述高职英语教师自我发展的必要性、发展的标准和发展的方式,从而提醒高职英语教师要提高自我发展意识和教师发展的自主性。
The traditional way of cognition, education and training for teachers is one of the root causes of foreign language education. Teachers should become teaching researchers as well as qualified researchers. Each teacher can make his or her teaching process a process of self-reflection, self-education and self-improvement. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the status quo of English teachers in higher vocational colleges, elaborate the necessity of self-development of English teachers in higher vocational colleges, the standards of development and the ways of development, so as to remind them to raise their awareness of self-development and the autonomy of their teachers .
