一、企业投入产出表及投入产出模型在各种经济活动中的投入和产出之间,都有一定的数量规律性。对大部分产品的生产来说,在一定时期内,单位产出的投入量具有相对的稳定性。因影响单位产出所需投入量的主要因素(如管理水平、技术装备、资源条件等),在短期内不会发生大的变化。根据这种经济数量关系的稳定性和规律性,把国民经济各部门或企业内部各生产环节的投入来源和产出去向,排列成一张纵横交错的表格,就是投入产出表。
