人力资本理论与社会网分析是研究收入获得的两种重要理论视角,但很少有研究关注到二者在收入获得过程中的相互影响。本文通过分析CGSS2008年调查数据发现,与采用市场方式求职的群体相比,动用强关系求职对劳动力市场的人职匹配具有消极影响,进而抑制了该群体的教育收益率;而弱关系的相关影响却不明显。也就是说,社会关系能够通过影响人力资本回报来间接作用于收入获得,而且在中国特殊的关系主义文化中,社会关系的广泛使用通常不利于劳动力市场中的人职匹配,并降低了人力资本回报。
