目的 探讨辛伐他汀 (Simv)对 2型糖尿病患者血脂和脂质过氧化的影响。方法 对 52例 2型糖尿病伴高脂血症患者 ,日服辛伐他汀 1 0~ 1 5 mg。检测血脂、丙二醛、血糖、胰岛素及糖化血红蛋白等指标 ,并与对照组比较。结果 服药 4~ 1 2 w后 ,血 TC下降9.2 8%~ 1 1 .2 3% ,血 TG下降 1 3.0 2 %~ 34.62 %。血糖和胰岛素水平无明显增加。脂蛋白电泳结果显示 ,HDL在服药 4~ 1 2 w后明显增加 ,VL DL和 LDL明显减少 ,血清丙二醛水平较用药前明显降低。血糖、胰岛素与血清 TC和 TG相互之间无明显相关性 ,治疗过程中未见明显副作用。而对照组血脂、丙二醛水平无明显改变。结论 Simv具有较好的降低血脂和升高 HDL的作用 ,并能减轻脂质过氧化状态。且无血糖和胰岛素水平的增加 ,是一种较理想的治疗糖尿病高脂血症的药物。
Objective To investigate the effect of simvastatin on lipid and lipid peroxidation in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods 52 patients with type 2 diabetes with hyperlipidemia were treated with simvastatin 10 ~ 15 mg daily. Blood lipids, malondialdehyde, blood glucose, insulin and glycosylated hemoglobin were detected and compared with the control group. Results After 4 to 12 w of medication, blood TC decreased 9.28% ~ 11.32%, blood TG decreased 13.02 ~ 34.62%. No significant increase in blood glucose and insulin levels. The result of lipoprotein electrophoresis showed that HDL increased obviously after 4 ~ 12 w of medication, VL DL and LDL decreased obviously, and serum malondialdehyde level decreased obviously compared with before treatment. Blood glucose, insulin and serum TC and TG no significant correlation between each other, no significant side effects during treatment. The control group, blood lipid, malondialdehyde levels did not change significantly. Conclusion Simv has a good effect of lowering blood lipid and increasing HDL, and can reduce lipid peroxidation. And no blood sugar and insulin levels increased, is a more ideal treatment of diabetic hyperlipidemia drugs.
