生物氮素作为微生物发酵的一种新型氮源,我们首次在头 C 发酵生产上应用,通过实验结果分析表明,利用生物氮素作为头 C 发酵生产上的补充氮源,其发酵水平优于其它氮源.“,”A new kind of ni- trogenous product Bionitrogen was tested as a supplemented nitrogen source instead of the corn protein in cephalothin-c fermentation.The results showed that bionitrogen was better than the corn protein for its improving the cephalothin-c production by about 10%and being cheaper.
