[目的]研究冬油菜体内必需金属元素在低温驯化过程中的变化特征,旨在揭示必需元素在油菜抗寒性中的作用及机理。[方法]通过田间试验比较了不同抗寒性冬油菜(Brassic anapus L.)品种中双11号、甘油杂1号和金裕油1号体内必需金属元素(钙、镁、铁、锰、锌和铜)浓度在低温驯化过程中的变化。[结果]油菜体内金属元素浓度在低温驯化过程中变化明显,且品种间差异显著。在根系中,钙、镁、铁、锰、锌和铜浓度均呈显著升高的趋势,可能与低温引起蒸腾作用降低从而导致向上运输受阻所致;在地上部,钙、镁、锌浓度显著降低,而铁、锰和铜为升高趋势,各元素浓度变化幅度均以中双11号最大。[结论]维持地上部钙、镁、锌浓度稳定,提高地上部铁、锰、铜浓度,可能有利于冬油菜抗寒性的提高。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the change characteristics of essential metal elements during cold acclimation in winter rape, in order to reveal the function and mechanism of necessary elements in the cold resistance of rapeseed. [Method] The contents of essential metal elements (calcium, magnesium, iron, manganese and zinc) in Shuang 11, Gan Iza 1 and Jinyuyou 1 with different winter hardiness (Brassica anapus L.) And copper) concentrations during low temperature domestication. [Result] The concentrations of metal elements in rape had obvious changes during low temperature acclimation, and the differences among varieties were significant. In the root system, the concentrations of calcium, magnesium, iron, manganese, zinc and copper all showed a significant increase trend, which may be caused by the decrease of transpiration caused by low temperature, which led to the uplift of transport. In the aboveground part, the concentrations of calcium, magnesium and zinc were significant Lower, while the iron, manganese and copper for the rising trend, the concentration of each element in the largest change in the double 11. [Conclusion] Maintaining the concentration of calcium, magnesium and zinc in aboveground part and increasing the concentration of iron, manganese and copper in aboveground part may be beneficial to improving the cold resistance of winter rape.
