经过十年来的艰苦努力,矿管工作取得了重要进展,然而,—些长期没有解决的问题和困难依然存在,新的情况、新的矛盾又不断发生,这就构成了目前全国矿管工作“有喜有忧.任重道远”的形势特点.最近,部矿管局编制了矿管工作三年计划纲要.力争通过三年努力,实现矿管依法有序.在矿管工作中要坚持“找准位置,强化职能,狠抓当前,着眼长远,重点突破,整体推进,真抓实干,开创局面”这一业务工作的指导思想.具体是:
